Dishes are being seeded. Tap Global at the foot of the board and every dish we hold there is open to read — none ranked until the city’s board is deep enough to rank honestly. Reserve a seat and we’ll write when it does.

A city opens when its board is deep enough across the filters people actually use — gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, high-protein, and halal or kosher. No date, no promise. It’s what “in the kitchen” graduates into.
