Four ways in.

Every dietary filter here is free, forever, on every restaurant — on every tier, including Free. Your needs are never the thing you pay to unlock. Nobody pays us to be listed, and nothing is ranked because it paid.

A green dietary claim means the venue’s own published words or a certifying body — never a community directory, never an aggregator. Each one is quoted on the dish page under Kitchen Notes, with where it was published and the date we read it. Anything we don’t hold that for is marked amber, with the question to ask the kitchen. See how that works.

What you pay for is the verdict — ranked dish by dish, for everyone at your table — not access to the safety information.
